Return Policy

Because our art is one-of-a-kind and because our wallpaper is made to order, we do not permit returns except in the case of manufacture defect.

Please take extra care in confirming the ink color, ground choice, and quantity of your print prior to placing your order.  If you realize you have made a mistake after ordering, please contact us directly within 5 business days at 202-478-8231. If your order has not been printed, we can correct the mistake and make sure you get the corrected order processed. 

For issues related to quality or manufacture defect, or if you believe you were not sent your full order, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.
